Weekend efforts

I discovered fondant icing for the first time and I had a ball.

Simple vanilla cupcakes, with a layer of chocolate ganache and then a layer of fondant icing.

Delicious.

Not bad for my first effort ;o)

Cupcakes.

Some say a cupcake is simply a small cake baked in a paper container shaped like a cup, often with icing on top.

While other's define a cupcake as an attractive young woman.

I like to think both definitions apply.
